Tell me about a time someone criticized your work. How did you respond and what did you learn?
How to answer this question
When I was in college, I was working on a project with a team of classmates. We had to give a presentation to the class, and afterward, one of my teammates told me he thought my portion of the project was unimpressive.
At first, I felt embarrassed and defensive, but then I realized that I had to take his criticism as constructive feedback. I thanked him for his honesty and asked for more specifics about what he thought I could do better.
Afterward, I revised my portion of the project and asked him to review it again. He was pleased with the improvements and said I had done an excellent job. From this experience, I learned that it is important to take criticism seriously and use it as a tool to improve.
